A few things:Went into the city today to visit Sharon, and SINCE WHEN were there no direct trains from LI into the city? What's with this transferring at Jamaica? No matter when you ride?
It cost me 15 dollars to go in and back home, 6 there and 9 back (peak time). I think that at that price I should be able to get a direct line, without having to get off and wait in the freezing cold. Bah.
TNT is doing a tv movie remake of the Goodbye Girl. I loved that movie. Richard Dreyfus was great. Is great. More to the point, I just don't want to be disappointed because I'm probably going to watch it. Also, Hootie and the Blowfish theme sounds great.
BitTorrent rules.
Talked to Dean for the first time ever today, recieved an IM just out of the blue. Strange.
NEW IPOD MINIS! IN COLORS!
So a Garfield movie is coming out. I love Garfield, but I have a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach.
Right, so I went into the city to visit Sharon, went to Spice, a great Thai place, for lunch. Then ambled around Union Square, spent a considerable amount of time in a Virgin Megastore. Got to read a feature in Vanity Fair on Viggo Mortensen and BY GOLLY I WANT HIM and he seems like such an amazing person and the photos were great. I want to meet him. If I could somehow meet him, become really good looking, and become really interesting, I'm sure we would hit it off.
Call me, Viggo.
Did I tell you already that I *love* Bit Torrent? I didn't realize how widely used it was. I had only used it once a little more than a month ago to dl Live Action Sailor Moon. But now, my *peers* are providing me with *EVERYTHING!*
oh! yesterday: Christina's birthday partay. A nice, intimate social gathering at a fusion cafe on Bell Blvd. Met up with alot of faces I hadn't seen in a long while.
I am quite cold...perhaps I should take Tarzan up on his kind offer?
Tomorrow: lunch, shopping, bowling (?) with Beck, Jane, Opes, and maybe Naomi.
Now: View From the Top.
